2. If you have already paid for crystals but they have not been added to your account:
– For security purposes, it often takes some time (usually about 1-2 hours) for the system to process your payment and verify that all your financial information is correct.
– If you purchased crystals via anything except SMS, you will need to contact customer support of your payment system to clarify the status of payment and correct it if necessary.
– If you purchased crystals via SMS and the payment couldn’t be corrected, you need to fill in a bug report and send it to the technical support. How do I send a bug report?
