E-mail is a method of exchanging digital messages from an author to one or more recipients. Today’s e-mail systems are based on a store-and-forward model. E-mail servers accept, forward, deliver and store messages. Neither the users nor their computers are required to be online simultaneously; they need connect only briefly, typically to an e-mail server, for as long as it takes to send or receive messages.

Creating an e-mail account/mailbox

4. If everything has been done correctly, a page with congratulations should appear. Click on “Continue to Gmail” there.

Writing an email
1. Click on “Compose”.
2. Enter the email address of a person you want to contact in the “To” field. For example if you want to contact Tanki Online technical support, you need to write help@tankionline.com. Don’t forget to mention what you are writing about in the “Subject” field and describe everything in the field below that.
3. After entering all the necessary information, send the email by clicking on “Send”.
4. That is it. Your email has been sent to customer support. Now you just need to wait for the response. According to the rules of the game, a reply will be issued within a 30 day timeframe, but usually it takes no more than 8 hours. The answer will be sent to the same email you used to contact customer support.
