2. If you have noticed some crystals missing, please wait for the scheduled restart of servers. (usually at 1 AM UTC+0).
3. If the crystals were not returned to your account after the restart, you need to contact technical support at email@example.com. If a loss of crystals has really taken place, they will be returned to your account.
