Starting from September 19th at 2:00 UTC till September 24th at 2:00 UTC, these activities will be waiting for you in the game.
Check out all the superpowers of the new hull! On September 19th and 20th, a special DM mode will be added to matchmaking, taking place on the «Skyscrapers» map. In this mode, all players will have Hopper equipped with a fast overdrive recharge augment and Railgun with an extreme damage augment. To make these battles even more epic, there will be many, many, MANY gold boxes!
Don’t miss these Hopper gladiator fights! Trust us, you have never seen anything like this before. These settings for Hopper and Railgun will be available only in this mode and only during the dates when the mode will be available.

Please welcome the new «Hopper» hull, the second model in the hovering hulls line!
Hopper is a completely new creation, in which we considered all advantages of the previous hulls, hovering Ares and the mechanic of the overdrive.
This made it possible to turn fantastic ideas and long-awaited dreams of many tankers into reality.
The new hull hovers in the air and has outstanding manoeuvrability.
Instead of armour and a defence system, the hull has a detonation jumping engine which can toss your tank to significant heights.
Yes, Hopper jumps! To use this ability, you need to activate overdrive which will also stun and set fire to opponents. In addition, with the Crisis drone the hull can jump over the Sandbox map.
Jump over barriers, launch a surprise attack into an enemy’s base, ionize the air and set fire to enemy tanks.
Powerful jumping engines allow Hopper to reach any section of the map, even on top of buildings. Powerful antigravs will provide stability in the air and precise aiming.
In skilled hands, this hull will reveal the world of “Tanki” from a new perspective.
It can surprise tankers in every battle, be obedient to control and most importantly be unpredictable for your enemies.

What’s new:
Since time immemorial, players thought that they were being watched. Wherever you go, these bushes were always watching you…
With tomorrow’s server restart, we will protect you from being watched by bushes in the HTML5 version of the game. The current bushes will be replaced with 3D ones. You should try hiding behind them…
If you do want to be watched, you can return to the old bushes in the settings menu.
They say that Magnum is the hardest turret to use in the game, and on the mobile version, it is almost impossible to use.
If you are a fan of this turret, your life will be much easier with this update. Now, with default Magnum, you can rotate your turret like any other turret. With the «Reinforced gun carriage», «Automated gunpowder loading mechanism», and «Mortar» augments, you will be able to change Magnum’s angle of elevation. And with the «Adrenaline» augment, you will only be able to rotate the turret horizontally.
In this release, we also changed the projectile trajectory for Magnum so that you will now have more opportunities to shoot behind cover. In order to compensate for reduced accuracy, we have increased splash damage.
Only some cosmetic changes: we improved shot effects and revamped the «Mysterious Red» shot effect.
We have finally fixed the pause bug which you reported to us many times. Now, the pause mode should work correctly when you are in the Garage.
More cosmetic changes. We refined how augments and skins are displayed in the Garage in the HTML5 version, added borders, updated icons and fixed how shot effects, skins, and augments look like when you have just received them.

We are constantly working on the mobile version to make the controls better and easier to use.
We have received many reviews from you, telling us that it’s hard to control your tank. We came up with some alternative ways of controlling your tank, tested them and stopped at one of them.
Auto-firing mode will be added for the following turrets: Firebird, Freeze, Isida, Hammer, Twins, Ricochet, Smoky, Striker, Thunder, Railgun, Gauss, and Shaft.
As soon as your rounds can reach a target, your tank will shoot automatically. You also can shoot by yourself, or switch to alternative mode of firing (Twins, Striker, Vulcan, Magnum, Gauss and Shaft) by double tapping on the screen,
Now your main task will be to control the hull and choose where to point your turret.
You can disable automatic shooting in the settings.
We have fixed the layout of Showcase placards for devices with high resolution screens, fixed the centrality of these Showcase placards, corrected prices in the mobile version, and now, Showcase placards in the mobile version will not be the same as in the browser version. We urge you to check the HTML5 Showcase, and if there’s not any items you are wanting to purchase, also check the mobile version Showcase, and hopefully have a bit better luck.

As you know, we have held several meet ups with our players before Tanker’s day during the past few years. We have been in Armenia, Georgia, Belarus, Lithuania and many cities in Russia. Our meet ups are always emotionally expressive and full of contests and prizes. It was a pleasure for us to meet you in real life after chatting with you on the forum or via social media, and we hope you enjoyed it too. To summarise, our meet ups are always so good and unforgettable!
For reasons known to us all, we won’t be able to meet you in real life this September, but don’t be upset, this year has provided us with new opportunities. When we were holding meet ups in different cities, only those who could join the event were happy while others were asking when we will come to their cities. This year there won’t be anyone who is left out as everyone will be able to join the event, albeit virtually!
As you’ve probably guessed, we adapted to the current realities and decided to hold this meetup online!
Not only will everyone will be able to join it, but there is one more advantage: we can make this meetup even longer! Instead of the traditional event which only lasts for a few days, you will be enjoying contests, events, social media activities, a livestream with developers and the «GAME» quest for a month and a half!
